Engcon Introduces Upgraded Tiltrotator for 2- to 4-Ton Excavators

Engcon has launched an updated version of its EC204 tiltrotator, bringing advanced functionality and features from its larger models to mini excavators. The EC204 is designed to transform excavators into versatile tool carriers, enhancing efficiency and reducing the need for additional machines and labor on-site. According to Engcon, this innovation not only optimizes digging operations but also expands the range of tasks an excavator can perform, ultimately boosting profitability for end users.

EC-Oil Quick Coupler System

A standout feature of the new EC204 is the inclusion of Engcon’s EC-Oil quick coupler system, integrated both above and below the tiltrotator—a feature typically seen in larger equipment. This system simplifies the process of switching attachments or removing the tiltrotator when needed. The EC204 offers a 45-degree tilt angle, continuous rotation, and the flexibility to accommodate various attachments, making it highly adaptable for diverse excavation tasks.

The updated model is also equipped to support EPS, Engcon’s advanced positioning system, further enhancing precision and functionality.
