Yanmar Expands Compact Track Loader Lineup

Yanmar Compact Equipment has introduced three new compact track loaders: TL80VS, TL75VS, and TL65RS, joining its existing TL100VS to expand the lineup to four models. These new machines, revealed at ConExpo 2023, cater to construction, utility, and rental markets, combining compact design with high performance.

TL80VS

The TL80VS is a vertical-lift loader built for construction and utility applications, offering a 74-hp Yanmar Tier 4 Final diesel engine, 1,315-kg rated operating capacity, and 13 km/h travel speed. Its 3.2-m bucket pin height enables efficient truck loading, while a torsion axle suspended undercarriage improves ride quality and stability. Optional 130 L/min high-flow hydraulics maximize attachment performance.

TL75VS

Designed for at-height tasks, the TL75VS features a 74-hp engine, 1,159-kg rated capacity, and 12 km/h travel speed. With a 3.2-m bucket pin height, it excels at loading and elevated tasks. Its torsion axle suspension enhances material retention, and optional 98 L/min hydraulics deliver high attachment efficiency.

TL65RS

The TL65RS is the most compact in the lineup, ideal for tight spaces. Powered by a 67-hp Yanmar engine, it has a 952-kg capacity, 12 km/h travel speed, and radial-lift design. It also features a torsion axle suspension and optional 101 L/min high-flow hydraulics for enhanced performance.

Shared Features

All models feature durable, steel-embedded rubber tracks for year-round dependability in challenging conditions like snow or mud. Convenient maintenance access includes removable skid plates and swing-out radiators for easy cleaning.

Technology & Efficiency

Yanmar CTLs come equipped with features like self-leveling technology, return-to-position settings, and auto two-speed functionality for better control and productivity. The cabin includes a mechanical suspension seat, an 18-cm touchscreen display, and premium 360-degree visibility for enhanced safety.

Optional SmartAssist Remote telematics provides real-time operational updates, error detection, and security alerts, including theft protection.
